Booking & Payment

All reservations require a deposit to secure your date.

Final payment is due prior to the event.

We accept online payments only.

La Petite Soirée reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events if payment terms are not met.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event may forfeit the deposit.

Clients may request to reschedule once without losing their deposit if done at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

Full refunds will be given if La Petite Soirée has to close for any unforeseen reason.

Event Policies

All events must comply with local laws and ordinances.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. La Petite Soirée is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Any damages to the venue or property caused by guests will be billed to the host.

The use of smoke machines, open flames, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance.

BYOB Policy

Feel free to bring your own alcohol. Please note, only guests 21 and older may enjoy alcoholic beverages. Hosts are responsible for their guests’ safety, and La Petite Soirée is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents.

Children & Supervision

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

La Petite Soirée provides age-appropriate play equipment and setups but does not provide childcare.

Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless prior arrangements are made.

Liability & Safety

Hosts and guests assume responsibility for their own safety and behavior.

La Petite Soirée is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during events.

All guests must follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines.

Miscellaneous

La Petite Soirée reserves the right to refuse service or event approval at our discretion.
